Tumora corticosuprarenaliană nesecretantă
Unsecreting Adrenal Cortex Tumor
(C.N., m., 75 ani / years old)
 
Clinical Manifestations: marked asthenia, loosing weight, pain in the right hyphocondrium with lumbar radiation.
Clinic: astenie marcată, pierdere ponderală, dureri în hipocondrul drept cu iradiere lombară.
Thoracal Radiography: the ascent of the right diaphragmatic hemicupola.
Radiografie toracică: ascensionarea hemicupolei diafragmatice drepte.
Urography: right kidney inferior mooved until the level of L4-L5. Left kidney normal situated.
Urografie: rinichiul drept deplasat inferior până la nivelul L4-L5. Rinichiul stâng în situație normală.
Computerized Tomography: right retroperitoneal oval tumoural formation, uniodinsphilous. At the periphery - density suggestive for capsular aspect.
Tomografie computerizată: formațiune tumorală ovoidă retroperitoneală dreaptă , neiodofilă. 
La periferie densificare sugerând un aspect capsular.
Operatory Specimen: (right cortex adrenalectomy on the transperitoneal way): well delimitate tumour about 15 cm diameter, partial necrotized.
Piesa operatorie (suprarenalectomie dreaptă pe cale transperitoneală): tumoră bine delimitată de cca 15 cm diametru, parțial necrozată.
 
Histopathologycal Exam: adrenal cortex tumour (unprecized variety).
Examen histopatologic: tumoră corticosuprarenaliană (varietate neprecizată).
